Gardner Trolleys are designed to withstand the use and the abuse of normal everyday operation.  They are designed to carry the load with a wide margin of safety.

Our trolleys are four-wheeled with side guide rollers. The wheels and guide rollers use ball bearings with ground hardened raceways.  We use steel wheels because the harder the wheel the lower the rolling resistance and lower the maintenance. We have found that rubber wheels do not withstand the rigors of industrial application and result in higher maintenance, expense and lost productivity.

The body of the trolley is made of ductile iron and is equipped with a double steel hook and drop-forged swivel.  500 lb. or 1,000 lb. load capacities are available. Our 500 lb. trolley swivels have been tested to 7.5 tons before failure.
