| Two high-carbon
steel rails, especially rolled for monorail
operations are available. A three inch
"I" Beam section weighing 5.7 lbs/ft
with 500 lb capacity trolleys, and a four inch
"I" beam section weighing 7.7 lbs/ft
is used with 1000 lb capacity trolleys.

Supports
Supports, thrusts
and sway bracing are spaced to limit deflection
and sway in accordance with Monorail
Manufacturers Association specifications for
overhead track systems.

| Trolleys
Trolleys
are four-wheel type with side guide
rollers. The wheels and guide rollers
are ball bearing with ground hardened
raceways. The body of the trolley is
made of ductile iron and is equipped
with double steel hook and drop-forged
swivel. 500 lb or 1000 lb load
capacities are available.
